cleanliness: the environment and bedroom were very clean and neat. location: despite being outside Brescia city - Orzihotel is a good quiet place to stay. local insights: I discovered that Orzihotel is close to other hotels in the area. service: the staffs were very helpful - polite, and friendly - making my stay pleasurable.

Fenced outdoor parking.
Corridors feature disgusting sweet smell. Rooms are painted in soft green giving the occupant the feeling that he ended in a hospital room. Additional bed in the room, which must have been bought on the hospital garden sale just adds to that feeling.

The hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and equipped with a mini fridge, and I was able to park my car for free. Additionally, there was a supermarket close to the hotel which made it convenient for me to pick up any essential items. The breakfast was okay, but I had to be there early to get the best selection.
Everything is what I need and want.

The room was of decent size, and the free parking was appreciated. The hotel was located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The air conditioning was a definite plus, especially during the heatwave.
The hotel would benefit from renovation as some parts were outdated. Cleanliness could be improved, as we noticed some areas were not cleaned properly.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay more comfortable. Free parking was also a bonus. The room had a good range of power points and the air-conditioner worked well in the hot weather.
The breakfast was disappointing, with a lack of fresh vegetables and limited options. We also noticed that the sound protection of the rooms was poor, with noise from outside and neighboring rooms being easily heard. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and rooms could have been better, and the decor and furnishings were outdated.

The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. They allowed me to check in early and even gave me an extra hour for check out. It made my stay much more convenient. I had a pleasant experience at the hotel and would recommend it.

Plus, the rooms are spacious and air-conditioned, perfect for a comfortable stay. the breakfast is reasonable, though it's better to arrive early to enjoy the full variety. the bathroom is equipped with a spa bath and the friendly staff are always available to assist.
The cleanliness could be improved, as there were some dust and dirt in the bathroom and under the bed.
